LogSaw can be used to filter log files from unwanted requests prior to analysis, or simply used to track specific requests.
It also enables reducing log file size by removing specified content such as a picture directory or googlebot requests.
Simply download the ZIP fil, extract the 2 files, and run the LogSaw.exe file once unzipped. Specify the log file you'd like to check, search criteria and the appropriate button for processing the log file. Results show under "Processing details" when done.
LogSaw does not alter or modify the input file, but creates an output file (LogSaw_output.txt) with the detected data.
